Yoga Session – By Donation

Class on donation base. Even though yoga is a practice intended for everyone to live a more balanced and healthier life, is not always an affordable practice. I want to make yoga available for all to enjoy so I’m offering classes in Tel Aviv on donation in different outdoor  locations during summer (April-October) and in studio during winter (November-March)

Where and when

The schedule with time and location is published each week on my Facebook page, Click here to get there.

How to join

RSVP: Rsvp on the Facebook event to show your attendance. There will be a separate Facebook event for each date. Click here to get to my Facebook page.

On the Facebook events, I will be posting live updates on the weather notifying if the class is canceled etc, so please follow me on Facebook to stay updated on these classes.

FAQ

Q. How much should I donate?

The classes are given with no set price, in order to allow anyone interested to come to practice, regardless of the financial situation. This is a community that supports the idea that each will give according to their ability to help those who can not afford it, and to provide the necessary support to allow me to continue to offer the teachings of yoga in the future. A typical donation is between 20 to 50 nis.

Q. How should I get dressed?

Regardless of gender, the best clothing to wear for yoga is anything that you’re comfortable to move in. Dress in clothing that allows the skin to breathe and body to move in any direction without getting caught on anything.

Q. What do I bring with me?

Please bring your yoga mat or a big towel if you don't have one and anything else you like to practice with (small towel, water bottle, clothe to cover yourself at the end of the class)

Q. I’m a beginner/an advanced student, can I join the class?

I give options for beginners as well as more advanced students who want a stronger practice. Every pose has something to offer, no matter what is your level of experience.
